Submission of Camera-Ready Paper: 25th November 2026 

• The manuscript must adhere to the springer conference template. For detailed instructions for authors and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings 

• The paper submission link for the paper submission is available soon. 

• All the submissions will go through a similarity check. Submissions with similarity scores of 15% or above are liable to be rejected without further review.

• The accepted manuscripts needs to presented in the conference by the registered author to make it eligible for publication in the proceedings. 

• The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers for following reasons (one or more of):

  • Poor technical content.

  • Poor language.

  • Not addressing reviewer’s remarks.

• The papers received will be peer reviewed before being accepted for presentation. 

Papers for presentations should conform to the Springer format and specifications. All submissions must be in English only. The Springer paper template can be downloaded from the link given below. Springer Format.

Paper size should be maximum of 15 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
